The easiest way to keep the eyes healthy is by blinking often. Make it a practice to do a simple blinking session 5 times a day.
Sit comfortably, close your eyes. Rub your palms together till they are warm. Place the warm palm on your eyelids.
Sit straight and keep your hand on your lap. Rotate your eyes clockwise and anti clockwise for 2-3 minutes on each side. Keep your head straight.
If you have eyesight issues or if you face the slightest issue in vision, get it checked by an ophthalmologist.
Sit on a chair or on the floor. Gaze at the ceiling and then follow a straight line gaze at the floor. Repeat this several times.
